WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Weekly Check-Ins are a way to monitor the progress of your Junior Project Manager (PM) and continually guide them to PMP standards.
This service expands the training of your Junior PM and allows your project to continually benefit from Sirius PMP Services Experience and Expertise.
Once your Baselines Are Aligned and Approved and other Pre Kick-Off Packages are completed. This service is available for our hourly rate plus any expenses.
PMP Duties:
• Meet with PM assigned to the project Weekly
• Respond to ad hoc requests or questions from PM as needed
• Assess and report project and PM’s current progress to Sponsor weekly. In writing, meeting or both.
